sleepover at Tianas

On 28th of May I stayed at Tiana's house because we had no school on Wednesday.

When I was at her house we played schools. Tiana was the teacher. First we did reading which means my group had to go on the mat and read a book all together. The story was about dolphins. The book was really boring.

Next we did P.E. It was really tiring. First we had to do 20 burpees, it was really tiring. Then I had to do 26 star jumps it was really easy. 3rd thing we had to do was 10 shuttles me and the "teacher" gave up.

Then we did a maths test it was really easy. There was 10 questions and we had 10 minutes. I don't know how long it took me but it didn't take me that long.

Then it was eating time my favourite part because we played restaurants, Tiana was the worker. She said "what would you like today?". "What do you have here?". I said. "Let me see", Tiana said as she looked in her cupboard, "we can make mashed potatoes". We started to peel the skin off the potato, then we gave up and went back to school.

Next we did buddy class. Tiana said, "ok you guys get to pick your partner, ok? Shylah, who do you want to be your partner". I said, "the last boy on the list". "So you want to be with max?", Tiana said. "Not really, but he is the only boy left so yeah", I said. For buddy class we had to put makeup on. I put green eye shadow and red lip stick. My lip stick was all over my face and so was the eye shadow. 

Next we did topic. I had to go in the hallway and wait for her to finish hiding gems in play dough. When I went inside I saw four play dough cups, they all had two three or four gems inside. I looked in all of them and the last was the blue one. Tiana was acting like a boy and saying that she could find the gems faster but I did and she said "haha I win".

Then it was night time and we had to drop her sister off at work. The drive took a hour to get there and get back. I fell asleep two times.

When we got home Tiana made a bed for me with chairs pillows and blankets it was really comfy. She first put the chairs apart from each other and put a blanket on the chair and a pillow on top. Then she put another blanket on top. So that could be my actual blanket. Then we both went to sleep.

In the morning we just played minecraft all day. I went home and left minecraft at her house.

100 word count story week 5 term two

Hey readers, today I'm going to tell you a story that has 100 words. My class had to use these word in there story, late, rose, scooter, excellently and transparent.

Here is my story.

I was late for my work. I was riding a scooter to work because I don’t have a car. I kept going and going and I saw this really cool skate park. I went skating for a little. When I was skating I saw a rose. I went back to scooting to work. I excitedly hit a person in the head with the scooter. I saw this glass cup it was transparent it was so cool. I went back to scootering to work and I made it to work and I also finally made it to the end of the story.

100 word count term two.

Today I'm going to tell you what I did.

My class and I had to do 100 word count for the week. We had to add the sentance, we are going to another planet far far away this week. Here is the writing that I did I hope you enjoy my story.

I woke up at 7.30 o'clock in the morning when my mum was in the lounge talking with my dad. I went in the lounge and my mum and dad looked sad. My mum said “me and your father have arranged something. We have decided that we are going to another planet far, far away this week”. Said my dad in a in a sad voice". I started to laugh, “ha yeah have fun on that trip to a far, far away planet”, I said laughing. “We aren't joking, we are leaving, I'm sorry”, said dad. After that they never came back.

cross country 2019

Today I'm going to tell you about cross country afternoon, that we did this year. Cross Country was exhausting. We did Cross Country on April the 2nd.

What we had to do
We had to run twice around Kyle Park and Kyle Park is really big. We first had to run to the pit. After all the year 5's had to run through the BMX track. Then we had to run all the way back to the starting line.

Talisa is the girl with the black hair. Me and her promised to stay with Sonnie, but we left Sonnie behind. Me and Talisa was talking almost the whole time. After we did the whole thing we had to sit down in a line with the year 5's. Me and Talisa already finished. Talisa had her jersey and her drink bottle so she wrapped the drink bottle in her jersey, like a baby. She exclaimed "if you say hi to the baby, I will poke you, if you touch the baby I will slap you,if you punch the baby I will punch you and if you kick the baby I will kick you". Sonnie said "hi" to the baby and Talisa poked all over her body and then Sonnie touched the baby and Talisa slapped her on the leg. After she did all that, we had to line up a the flags.  I saw my brother he asked "what place did you come?". I lied and answered "1st place, so shame". He started to walk away and he yelled "lame, I can do 2 laps in 1 minute".                                              

That is the end of my story. I don't know what place I came but I think I came 12th place.

Orana park

In the holidays me and Tiana went to Orana park. My mum was at work so me and Tiana were snapchating each other. It was almost time for my mum to come home, so I thought I should just pick Tiana up now from her house. I went to her house and picked her up. She told her sister that she was going to the zoo and her sister said "have fun, don't come back". We went back to my house and we watched a Gacha Life glitch. Gacha is a game were you make characters and make stories. After my mum came home we went to the zoo.

When were at the zoo me, my mum and Tiana were talking about how Tiana had KFC and subway for dinner and we had McDonalds. When we went inside me and Tiana got a map each. 

First we saw meerkats. One of the meerkats was chilling one the glass like it was a cat. The other one was standing up trying to steal someones food. The meerkat that I called Bob was chilling on the glass as well. 

After the meerkats we saw the farm animals. We saw this beautiful white and yellow bird that my mum was obsessed with. My mum was playing with the bird. She would grab a stick and give it to the bird and the bird would put the stick at the back of the cage over and over again. While my mum was doing that me and Tiana were trying to find the pigs. Me and Tiana finally found the pigs. We got to feed the pigs so me and Tiana fed the pigs apples and bananas. I felt the pig and it felt like sticks. After we saw the sheep. It was feeding time for the sheep so me and Tiana asked if we could feed the sheep and the worker said yes. Me and Tiana got some food and went inside the pen. We tried to feed one of the sheep but it wouldn't eat it. When we were feeding one of the sheep a chicken walked in the pen. After we feed the sheep we went to go see the lions and tigers.

When we went to the lions area, I called one of the lions Linse and the other lion Kit Cat. I asked Linse "do you like the name Linse?" After I saw the lion standing up and I got really scared, I thought it was to come up to me. I think the lion was thinking, that human is so annoying but it just walked away.

When we were walking we saw the gorillas they were humongous. We went inside this area where there is glass and we can look at the gorillas. There were three gorillas, the first one looked left out, the second one looked like it was enjoying eating branches and the other one was just chilling behind the sheet.
