Hello readers, its me Shylah of course. Today i'm going to be telling you about what we did for EOTC week. EOTC stands for Education Outside The Classroom. It mostly just means we go out and have fun for a week. All the activites we did last week was. Orana Park, Quail Island, Surfing, Clip'nClimb and then Hot pools. My favourite thing that we did was probably Surfing and hot pools.
Normally at the start of the day everyone would have to go to the gym but if it was a swimming day then we would have to go in the bathroom and put your togs on underneath. Finally after a little chat in the gym we would go on the bus. Most of the time I was on the bus I was probably with Santannah (My friend). After the bus we would start our activities. Then we all go back on the bus back to school.
But the main thing im going to be talking about is when we went surfing. Surfing was very fun because we also had fish'n'chips for lunch. But the only bad thing about the surfing is that when I had to walk home it was raining and I had wet clothes on. IT WAS THE WORST. But surfing was still really fun.
On the bus me and Santannah were trying to find people in the future. So when we would pick someone and the person that would stop next to us on the bus was that person. The funniest is that Talisa was going to be a truck driver.
Thank you for reading my blog and I hope you have a nice weekend. Always be nice to others and have a good Christmas. Bye readers!
Great blog post Shylah. It was entertaining to read.
ReplyDeleteI like that you gave a short introduction about what you did.
I think playing a game on the bus was a good idea.Doing things like that makes the time go faster.
The day that you went to Sumner, the teachers were talking in the staff room about the weather and how you guys were probably wet and cold.
Do you think you'd like to do surfing again next year?.
Have a great holiday and Christmas.
Hello Shylah.
ReplyDeleteI am just leaving a comment to let you know that I have had a look at your blog tonight.
