If someone said mean words to you just walk away.
If you are crying just get a drink of water. It helps a lot.
If someone makes you angry do dragon breathing. To do dragon breathing you have to breathe in from the nose and breath out from your mouth. When you are breathing out breath out all the anger inside because it is like you breathing fire.
When you are really stressed just put your hands out and get your lemons out of your pockets and squeeze as hard as you can to get the juice out. When you finished squeezing you throw your lemons away.
When you are feeling sad or angry you can do finger breathing. To do finger breathing you have to put one of your fingers under your thumb and breathe in as you trace up the side of your thumb. After that you breathe out as you trace down the other side of your thumb. After you do that with your other fingers.
Next is rainbow breathing. To do rainbow breathing you have to breathe in and put your hands up at the same time. After you have breathe out and put your arms down slowly.
